Android 8.1.0 Update Rolling Out today.

At the start of this week, Google posted images of the OTA files for the latest Android 8.1.0 however, the update we believe has started rolling out. Especially for those who enrolled in the Android Beta Program

Krustylab can confirm that the update has been rolled out and one of our in-house developers, who owns a Google Pixel XL confirmed he got the update early this morning and installed it straight away. After the update James confirmed he loved the little GUI changes and that it makes him feel his got a Google Pixel 2 XL because of the GUI changes made on the update.

Just for a recap, there should be Android 8.1.0 files for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, (OPM1.171019.011), Pixel and Pixel XL (OPM1.171019.011), Pixel C (OPM1.171019.011), Nexus 6P (OPM1.171019.011), and Nexus 5X (OPM1.171019.011).

For the major changes, the update has with it, security patches, hamburger emoji fix and more.
