Yes. Apple, through its guidelines, made it compulsory to install the TestFlight app before testing apps on the iOS platform. When testers are invited to beta test your app, they are prompted to install the TestFlight app from the App Store on their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV if they don't already have it installed.

Alternatively, you can use the in-built mechanism on either Android or iOS to share your feedback directly with the development team.
