At SweetKorn, our mission is to provide a safe haven for sharing secrets, finding support, and building community. We are committed to maintaining a platform that is free from harm, especially for minors. We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Our Stance on CSAE SweetKorn strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, soliciting, or promoting of any content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Grooming behaviors or attempts to solicit minors for sexual purposes.
- Sexualization of minors in any form, including generated or illustrated content.
2. Anonymity vs. Accountability While SweetKorn allows users to post under a pseudonym to share personal secrets safely, anonymity is not a shield for illegal activity.
- Our commitment to user privacy does not extend to those who exploit or harm children.
- We maintain internal records that allow us to identify and ban users who violate these policies.
3. Reporting & Moderation We empower our community to help keep SweetKorn safe.
- In-App Reporting: If you encounter content that violates this policy in a post, comment, or whisper chat, use the “Report” feature immediately. Select “Nudity or Sexual Activity” or “Harassment” as the reason.
- Active Review: Our administration team reviews reported content and has the authority to permanently delete content and ban the accounts of offenders.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement In cases involving CSAE or the imminent safety of a child, SweetKorn will:
- Preserve relevant data and user identifiers.
- Report the activity to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement agencies.
- Cooperate fully with legal investigations to ensure perpetrators are held accountable.
5. Support Circles & Whisper Chats Our Support Circles and Whisper Chats are designed for peer support. Any use of these private or semi-private channels to groom, harass, or exploit minors will result in immediate termination of the account and a report to law enforcement.
